Wasabi Tuna Wraps

4 cans white albacore tune packed in water10 burrito sized whole wheat tortillas1 large cucumber peeled and cut into 20 slices5 tbsp light mayonnaise5 tbsp wasabi paste10 slices swiss cheese5 tbsp sesame seeds1 cup alfalfa sprouts
Drain water from tuna and spoon in mayo, mixing thoroughly.
Lay out 1 tortilla and make a stripe of wasabe paste 1/3 of the way down one side.
Break a slice of cheese in half and lay end to end on top of wasabi.
Lay two slices of cucumber on top of cheese.
Spoon four tablespoons of tuna on top of cucumbers.
Cover tuna with 2/3 ounce of sprouts.
Sprinkle with 1/2 tablespoon of sesame seeds.
Roll tortilla into a wrap and cut in half.
Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Makes 10 servings.
