Turkey Artichoke Lasagna

Ingredients
2 tsp olive oil1/2 C chopped onion3 garlic cloves, minced4 C tomato sauce1 1/2 C artichoke hearts, chopped2 C part skim ricotta6 oz part skim mozzarella1/4 C parmesan cheese1 large egg2 Tbsp parsley2 Tbsp Italian seasoning7 oz whole wheat lasagna noodles, COOKED
Directions
Heat oven to 350.

In a skilled heat oil; add onion and garlic and saute 4 minutes. Add turkey and cook until browned. Stir in tomato sauce ,artichokes, and italian seasoning.

In separate bowl, combine cheeses, parsley and egg.

Place 1/3 sauce into bottom of a 13X9 pan. Top with 3 noodles, spread with 1/3 cheese mixture, then sauce. Repeat layers.

Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes; remove foil and bake 10 more minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
