Chicken Couscous

Ingredients
Ingredients:Couscous, 1 cup, cooked (remove)Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)*Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.5 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
Directions
Prepare couscous, set aside to chill.
Use prepared chicken breast from rotissierie chicken. Chop into cubes.
Clean, chop & steam broccoli until crisp tender, remove from heat and run under cold water to stop cooking.
Mix lemon juice & olive oil.
Blend all ingredients into a bowl & mix until blended well.
Serve with Wheat Pita if desired.
