Cream Cheese Ball

Ingredients
3- 8 oz pkgs of Cream Cheese (light or low fat works also)1 small to med size onion, chopped wellSome roast beef lunchmeat chopped well (you could probably use ham or something instead, I've not tried it yet)You could actually add any other veggies you would like to this dip, a bit of green onion gives it some nice color, or some type of spices
Directions
Make sure your cream cheese is softened up so you can work with it easily. Chop your meat and onion up well. Mix with cream cheese.

Serve it up anytime with your favorite crackers, Ritz are my fav. It's great any time of day, any time of year, no matter if you cut the size in half for just a few people, or make a larger batch for a huge family get together. ENJOY!
