Healthy Harvest Apple Bread Whole Wheat

2 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt100 ml unsweetened apple sauce1/3 cup honey1 egg2 cup grated apples1 tsp vanilla extract pure1/4 cup chopped walnuts1 tbsp cinnamon
1. Sift dry ingredients.
2. Beat apple sauce, honey and egg in mixer bowl until smooth.
3. Stir in all other wet ingredients expect for the apples.
4. Add sifted dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
5. Fold in apples and cinnamon.
6. Pour into a greased 5x7 loaf pan.
7. Top with walnuts.
8. Bake at 350 for 45 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.
9. Cool in pan.
