Grilled Cod

Ingredients
1 fillet of cod 2 tablespoons Good Seaons Sun Dried Tomato Vinagrette with Roasted Red Peppers.1 sheet aluminum foil large enough to make packet to enclose fish in a sealed packet.*can use talapia, but decrease cooking time due to thinner fish)
Directions
Preheat gas grill or charcoal. Rinse and dry cod. Place 1 tbs Sun dried tomato vinagrette on large piece of aluminum foil. Place fish atop vinagrette. Cover with second tablespoon of vinagrette. Fold aluminum foil into sealed packet and place on medium hot grill. Grill 4 minutes on one side, Turn gently so as not to tear foil, and grill on the other.
Remove from grill, and carefully open foil packet.(careful of steam coming from inside packet).
Serve with rice.
