Parmesan-Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
1/2 tsp salt1 tbsp flour1 1/2 pounds fresh salmon2 tbsp mayonaise1/2 c shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions
combine salk and flour and put into zip top bag

cut salmon into 4 equal pieces and place into bag and coat

spread mayonaise over fish and sprinkle 1/4 c cheese and press to stick

place salmon in pan cheese side down on preheated pan. Cover and cook 5-6 minutes on each side until flakes with a fork.
