Peanut Butter Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Wheat Bran 1.2 Cup White Flour1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1/2 Cup Sugar1 tsp Salt3 tsp Baking Powder2 Large Bananaa1/2 Cup natural peanut butter1/2 Cup unsweetened almond milk4 egg whites
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients.

Cut in banana and peanut butter until you get large "crumbs" (will be softer than a pastry crumb dough).

Add in egg and milk and stir until just combined (will be slightly runny).

Divide into muffin cups, and bake at 375F for 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
