5 cups of cooked sushi rice1 Avocado peeled, seeded and sliced4 sheets of nori seaweed0.5 cucumber sliced into matchsticks1.5 tbsp of light mayo1.5 tbsp of chopped scallions5 oz of imitation crab
Cover a bamboo mat with plastic and use it to help roll.
Place seaweed shiny side down
Evenly spread 1 1/4 cups of rice over it
Gently turn over
Place crab, mayo, avocado and cucumber in strips at one end.
Roll
Use a wet sharp knife to evenly cut into 6 peices.
Makes 24 rolls.
