3 Chicken Breast15 oz can of stewed tomatoes1 Green Pepper1 Bay Leaf1 tbsp Onion Flakes1 tsp salt/pepper1 tsp minced Garlic2 tsp Tomato Paste1/4 tsp thymeAdd rice or pasta to finish.
Directions
Place items in slow cooker and cook at least 7 hours.

    Used slightly larger can of tomatoes, & sun dried tomato pesto instead of paste. Also changed out to real onion, and small can of mushrooms; pre-sauted the vegs & chicken, and afterward added deglazing water into cooker, & fresh herbs, no bay. Served topped with provolone, & linguine and salad. YUM - 10/17/20
