Flour, whole grain, 1.5 cupBaking Powder, 3.5 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1 tbsp Soy Milk, 1.5 cup Egg Beaters Original, 1 servingBrummel & Brown Butter, 3 tbsp
1. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth.
2. Spray a griddle or frying pan with Pam and heat over medium high. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
