Quick Chicken Potato Cheese caserole

Ingredients
2 cans whole potatoes1 9.75 oz can 98% fat free chicken breast1 can campbells cheddar Cheese Soup1/2 cup of skim milk1.5 tbsp light buttermilk ranch dressingsalt, pepper, garlic powder to taste1/8 cup crushed salted pretzels
Directions
Mix all ingredients except for the pretzels in a medium mixing bowl. Cut the potatoes in pieces if you'd like. Stir until soup is smooth. Lay into a medium casserole dish. Sprinkle Pretzels on top. Cook for 25-30 minutes at 400 degrees.
