Gluten Free Zucchini Bread

* *Poppy seed, 2 tsp (remove) * *Lemon Extract, 1 tsp (remove) * *Ginger People Pickled Sushi Ginger, 1 tbsp (remove) * *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 tbsp (remove) * *Muscle Milk 100% Whey - Chocolate (1 scoop/no milk), 1 serving (remove) * Egg, fresh, 6 large (remove) * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove) * Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove) * *almond meal (almond flour) - 1/4 cup, 2 serving (remove) * *Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour, 8 tbsp (remove) * Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove) * Baking Powder, .5 tsp (remove) * Salt, .5 tsp (remove) * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
Preheat oven to 350.
Line pan with parchment paper.
Separate eggs. Mix together everything but egg whites.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold egg whites into mixture.
Pour into pan.
Bake 45 minutes. Allow to rest at least 10 minutes. Serve warm with butter or cream cheese.
Since this is high in eggs, you may want to wrap loosely so it can dry out some, and use within a day or two.
