Marshmallow Chex Mix

Ingredients
6 Cups Popped Popcorn4 cups corn or rice chex cereal7 ounce jar marshmallow cream
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Mix popcorn and cereal in a larg bowl and set aside. Microwave the marshmallow cream in a large glass bowl uncovered on high for 1 minute; stir. Microwave about 1 minute longer or until melted; stir. Pour over popcorn mixture, stirring evenly until coated. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake 5 minutes; stir. Bake about 5 minutes longer or until coating is light brown. Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool. Store tightly covered up to 2 weeks. Makes 10 cups
