Barb's Lazy Lasagna

Ingredients
10 lasagna noodles (Hodgson's Mills, certified organic with milled flaxseed)12 ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced3 cups part skim ricotta cheese1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese1/2 cup Egg Beaters 2 Tablespoons dried parsley flakesFresh ground black pepper1/2 jar Bertolli Olive Oil & Garlic pasta sauce1/2 jar Bertolli Vidalia Onion with Roasted Garlic pasta sauceOlive oil non-stick spray.
Directions
Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.

Mix together in large bowl the ricotta, parmesan, parsley, and egg beaters until smooth.

Spray lasagna pan with olive oil non-stick spray. Layer 1/2 the noodles, then half the ricotta mixture, then half the mozzarella cheese, and one of the pasta sauces. Repeat the layers, using the other pasta sauce.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes, or assemble ahead, refrigerate until ready to bake, and bake for 45 minutes.

Makes 12 servings. Prep time includes cooking the noodles and slicing the cheese.
