Saltless Fried Fish

Ingredients
2 small fish fillets, such as whitingblack pepper or cayenne pepperonion powdergarlic powderlemon juice1 tbsp of extra light olive oil1 tablespoon flour1 tablespoon cornmeal
Directions
- mix your cornmeal and flour in a separate dish and set
aside
- rinse your fish
- smother with lemon juice
- sprinkle to your taste each side with the listed seasonings
- heat the olive to medium in a medium frying pan
- dip your fish in the corn meal/flour mix and fry for 4 minutes on each side, set on paper towel to get out any excess oil
- you will find that you actually used very little of the cornmeal/flour mixture (probably about a teaspoon) and about half the oil stays in the pan
