Creamy Italian Chicken and Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 32 ouncesMushrooms, fresh, 3 cup, pieces or slicesOnions, raw, 1 mediumGarlic, 4 cloves*Emerils Italian Seasoning, 6 tspSalt, 2 tsp *Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, 2.5 cup *Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1.25 cupGarlic powder, 1 tbspWater, tap, .5 cup
Directions
Chop onions and place on bottom of baking dish with sliced mushrooms.
Place chicken on top and season with Italian seasoning and salt.
Bake covered at 300 for 15-20 minutes or until chicken almost done.
Mix soups, water and garlic and pour on top of chicken and veggies.
Bake an additional 20 minutes.
