Ingredients
1 medium banana1 100 calorie container of chocolate muscle milk light2 tbsp ground flaxseed1 packet splenda1-2 cups ice
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender with 1 cup of ice. Blend thouroughly. If a thicker smoothie is desired, add ice and blend again. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy! It tastes like a delicious, healthy milkshake!
