Ingredients
1 cup (4 serving size) steaming espresso coffee1 1/2 cups Plain Silk Lite Soy Milk1/2 cup Land O Lakes Fat Free Half & Half1/8 cup Splenda
Directions
Put coffee and water into espresso machine and brew according to manufacturer's directions. While coffee is brewing, measure milk, half and half and Splenda into a 3 cup glass measuring pitcher and heat in microwave about 3 minutes, but do not boil. When coffee is done, pour it into the pitcher with the milk. Makes 4 1-cup servings. Enjoy! You can use flavored coffee or other flavorings, but it may alter the nutrition. Use more or less Splenda to taste.
