Ingredients
Moose Meat, 16 oz Carrots, raw, 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Onions, raw, 1 small Celery, raw, 2.5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) *Potato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 4 cup
Directions
Brown meat, add broth and onion simmer for 15-20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil reduce heat cook till veggies are tender.
