Asparagus/Red Pepper Quiche

Ingredients
4 eggs9" pie crust1 cup half and half1/2 bunch of asparagus1/2 red bellpepper2 Tbsp. ButterMild Provolone CheeseSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat over to 400 degrees. Saute chopped asparagus and bellpepper in butter until softened. Chop up large chunks of provolone and place in pie crust. Then pour sauteed vegetables on top. Lightly beat 4 eggs and mix with 1 cup of half and half, add salt and pepper to taste, pour over ingredients in pie crust and bake for 45 minutes.
