Snapper w/ Spicy Orange Glaze

Ingredients
2 fillets Red Snapper1 cup green beanssalt and pepper to taste2 tbsp olive oilGlaze1/2 cup orange juice1/4 cup honey 1 tsp Hot Chili sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place snapper in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil and salt/pepper. Bake for 20-30 min. or until flaky.

Steam the green beans for 5-7 min. depending on taste.

While baking fish, stir together OJ, honey, and chili sauce in a small sauce pan over med. high heat. Cook until OJ has reduced some and the sauce becomes more sticky (a glaze).

Serve snapper over green beans and drizzle glaze over the top. Also great to add a little nice, aged balsamic vinegar on top.
