Ingredients
- Olive Oil, 1 tbsp - Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips - Red Peppers, sweet, , sliced, 1 cup - Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1/2 large pepper, or 1 cup sliced- Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced
Directions
Heat Olive Oil in Skillet
Mix in veggies & stir fry for 5 minutes
Salt & Pepper to taste
