corn & ham muffins

Ingredients
2 cups sr flour1/4 tsp cayenne pepper130 gr tin corn kernels drained70 gr red capsicufinely chopped1 tbls chopped parsley100 gr melted l/ f marg1 cup skim milk2 egg whites2 -3 drops tabasco sauce1 bls seasame seeds100 gr ham
Directions
pre heat oven 210c
grease 12 hole muffin pan
sift flour & pepper in bowl
add ham , corn capsicun & parsley
stir to combine
make hole in middle add combined milk, egg , tabasco & melted margarine
mix to form dough with fork
spoon mixture into tin, sprinkle with seeds
cook for approx 25 mins until golden
cool on wire rack

    I'm hoping there's a mistake in either the serving size or the per serving calorie count. If a single serving does indeed contain over 1600 calories I wouldn't ever dream of making this dish. - 10/17/10

    Thats if you make the whole lot into one GIANT muffin , sorry it makes 12 lrg ones, about 137 cal each , because my daughter is a diabetic on a pump everything has to be weighed and worked out , so I do totals and percentages so i can work out the carbs for each individual muffin.
