Mangos, Yogurt (Non-Fat), Lemon Juice, Sugar (optional)
In a blender add mangos without skin and seed, yogurt, lemon juice and if mangos are not sweet / ripe enough, add a tsp. or two of sugar. Blend until smooth. Serve in a chilled glass.
