Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef (93/7)1/3 C Italian Style Bread Crumbs1 egg, lightly beaten2 T 1% milk1/4 t ItalianSeasoning1 T olive oil (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Divide into 16 balls. Place in a baking dish and bake at 425 for 10 minutes, flip them, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

If desired, pour 1 T olive oil in the bottom of dish and place in oven while preheating.
