Ingredients
5 Oranges 1 medium banana1/2 pineapple, peeled and cubed1 cup seedless red grapes1/4 Cup shredded coconutJuice of 1 limeLarge splash cognac (2 oz.)
Directions
Peel oranges with a knife and cut into pieces over a large bowl to retain juice.
Cut fresh pineapple into bite-size cubes; slice banana and add grapes.
Add coconut and lime juice and toss.
Sprinkle with cognac (optional) for additional flavor.
Serve chilled.

    Have not made it but I definetly will,I think Iwil use cherries instead of grapes,and coconut milk instead of the alocohol(makes it creamy,but much healthier than whipped cream) - 9/15/09
