Egg White French Toast for One

Egg Whites, fresh or commercial, approximately 4 tablespoons1/2 cup Nonfat Milk1 tsp. Vanilla Extract3 or 4 slices of stale Italian Bread, approximately 1/2 oz.Ground Cinnamon, approximately 1/3 tsp.
Beat egg white
Combine egg white, milk and half the amount of cinnamon, mix well
Soak bread in egg/milk mixture
Cook on griddle or in skillet
Sprinkle the other half of cinnamon on top
Serve with a sprinkling of confectioner's sugar, or maple syrup, fruit or berries if you have them
