Quinoa & Black bean salad

Ingredients
Ingredients:*Red Quinoa, 1 cup dry Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)*green onions - fresh (1/4 c chopped; 25 g), 50 gram(s) (remove)*Cilantro - fresh, 0.25 cup (remove)*Beans (Westbrae Natural) Black Organic, 15oz can *Lime Juice, fresh squeezed, 1 oz (remove)*100% ITALIAN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, 3 tbsp (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)
Directions
Add quinoa and 2 cups water and cook according to pkg. Place in mixing bowl and set aside to cool. Rinse and drain black beans. Add to quinoa. Chop tomatoes, cilantro and onions. Add to bowl. Squeeze in lime juice and add olive oil. Add sea salt to taste. May choose to add 1/2 to 1 teasp. sugar to cut acidity of lime. Can also add more lime juice to taste.
