Mixed Nut Butter

Ingredients
1/2 cup raw cashews, pieces1/2 cup raw almonds, slivered1/2 cup raw pecans, pieces1/2 cup raw walnuts1/2 tsp. canola oil1 dash salt
Directions
Roast all nuts at 350 degrees until lightly browned. Let cool. Place all ingredients in a food processor and grind until a butter forms. Refrigerate.

Makes 8 one ounce servings.
