Ingredients
Bell peppers green & red 1/2 cup choppedOnion yellow 1/2 cup choppedbok choy or celery 1/4 cup choppedInstant bouillion or cubeamount 2 cups of waterCan use a slow cooker for this or a small pan on stove.
Directions
combine everything into a small slow cooker or a small size pan with lid, if using a small pan, stir every couple of hours, will be done when vegetable are tender. Can also put in noodles, rice and can add protein to this for a meal. can use any vegetables that you like.
