Stuff Chicken Peppers

Ingredients
Green Peppers (bell peppers) 4 *Hot Italian Poultry Sausage Patty - 1 patty (Wegmans), 4 serving *Cheese, Wegmans 2% milk shredded Mozzarella, 4 oz *Canned Mushrooms (small) 1cp*1 medium tomatoeBirds Eye Brown Rice Steam Fresh, 2 cupOnions, raw, .5 smallTomato Sauce, .80 cup
Directions
Cut bell pepper in halves after taking out the stem and seeds. Chop onions, mushrooms, tomatoe, sausage and brown on stove. Add tomatoe sauce, rice, cheese to meat mixture.
Put peppers in baking pan and stuff peppers with mixture bake at 350 for about 15 to 20 minutes until cheese melts.
