6 oz (dry) Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Penne Pasta2 Archer Farms Chicken sausages (Mild Italian style)40-50 pieces Hormel Turkey Pepperoni1 cup Mushroom slices1 cup Diced Red Onion2 cups Delallo Pizza Sauce1.33 cups Weigh Watchers Reduced Fat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Preheat oven to 350d
Cook pasta according to package directions
While pasta is cooking, slice/cut the Italian sausages into small pieces and heat in a large deep skillet.
Mix the cooked pasta, pizza sauce, mushrooms, onion, and pepperoni in with the sausage in the skillet.
Stir thoroughly and let simmer until heated through.
Transfer to a large baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray.
Bake for 25 minutes
Remove from oven and top with shredded cheese
Bake for 5 more minutes or until cheese melts
