BFL Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
shrimp 8 oz, penne 4oz, half lemon, parmesan cheese, 3 Tbsp ECD butter spread, 3 Tbsp chicken broth, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 3 cloves garlic,
Directions
Cook Pasta, Heat garlic and oil in skillet, add shrimp, add 1 Tbsp ECD butter spread and chicken broth, saute for about 1-2 mins,
Mix pasta and shrimp in mixing bowl and add remaining ECD butter spread and parmesan cheese, and lemon juice.
