Pumpkin Oatmeal Bars with Chocolate Chips

3 cups quick oats1 1/2 cups wheat flour1/2 tbsp cinnamon1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 can pumpkin (15 oz)1/2 cup unsweet applesauce1/2 cup 2% milk 1/4 cup Agave/Honey (I used Agave about same calories)1 egg 2 tsp vanilla extract2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in bowl. Stir well. Mixture will be thick. Ffold in chocolate chips.
Place in 9X13 greased baking pan.
Cook at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes
