Pork chops with fryed cauliflower, potatos and tomatos - indian style

3 pork chops2 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp rosemary500 g cauliflower500 g potatos1 onion2 cloves of gralic5 cherry tomatos1 tsp chilipowder1 tsp paprika2 tsp turmericsalt and pepper1.5 lemon
Mix oil and chopped rosemary. Put on pork chops and let them marinade on a plate untill youre ready for frying them.
Chop the cauliflover in 'bouqets' and the potatos in slightly smaler bits. Chop the onion and garlic, half the cherry tomatos and half the lemon.
Boil the potatos and cowliflower in water till half done. Fry onion and garlic with chili, paprika and turmeric. Add cowliflower, potatos and tomatos. Fry till browned.
Fry the halfed lemons on a pan on the sliced side till browned. Fry the pork chops on a grill or frying pan till done (about 3-5 mins on each side).
Serve with lemons on the side so you can sprinkle the meat and vegtables to your own liking. I like it with lots of lemon juice :)
