    This sounds delish!
And, as I keep *fresh squeezed lime juice (and lemon juice) in the freezer as a staple, I can try this tonight! Everyone sounds like they've really enjoyed this.
*Note: I buy lemons and limes in bulk and squeeze them into ice cube trays to freeze for ease of use.Very Handy. - 7/15/09

Yum! After reading the other comments, I added ginger and used the juice of 2 limes and let it marinate for a couple hours (if you left it overnight, the shrimp would be nearly cooked by the acid!).
I also used about half an onion. Next time I'll drain off the juice before sauteing, so it will sear - 1/26/09

This is great! I was in the mood for Mexican, so I added minced garlic and cumin. Since this is low in calories, I put a few shrimp in a fajita-sized flour tortilla with lettuce, tomato, and light sour cream. 2 shrimp tacos + 1 c of spanish rice = about 450 calories and is very filling and tasty! - 2/22/08

Added red pepper flakes for spice and garlic, too. Used other half of lime just before eating for extra fresh lime taste. Good stuff! - 6/29/09

This was very simple and so tasty! Only difference was I cooked in EVOO instead of spray for some added healthy fats and served over leafy greens and fresh veggies. I liked Godfreysill's suggestion of skewering and grilling; will definitely do that next time! Great recipe. - 4/28/08

Quick, easy and flavorful..I did add the garlic and used lime juice concentrate in lieu of fresh squeezed lime juice...marinated for just ten minutes ...cooked in 10 minutes...even 7 year old loved it. - 6/1/09

84 calories for a serving of 14 large shrimp doesn't make sense to me. The package of shrimp I have says there's 90 cals in a 3 oz serving, and 14 large shrimp must be more than 30 oz. - 9/12/09

My husband and I loved this recipe. Even my 15 year old couldn't get enough. Have prepared this dish twice and will again. - 4/8/09

Pretty good. :-) I added a whole lime instead of 1/2. Also added fresh, minced garlic and a dash of olive oil in lieu of cooking spray. - 6/5/07

This recipe was very quick and easy. The only difference is that I used minced onion instead of fresh onions. I put it on a bed of brown rice. I will definitely be doing this again. My husband also enjoyed it. Thanks for the recipe. - 9/2/09

Might have to marinate the shrimp in the lime juice to make the flavor alittle stronger, but it was pretty tasty. I'll see how they fare out a day later. - 5/3/08

Very simple, very easy, and very much like a version of tequilla shrimp I make; sans tequilla, of course. - 4/26/08
