Salsa chicken

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts1/2 pack of fajita seasoning1 cup of salsa3 tbsp of low fat sour cream1/3 cup of shredded cheese
Directions
Cut chicken breast in two to three pieces, dust the chicken in fajita seasoning and put aside.

In a glass baking disk/metal pan, pour 1 cup of salsa and 3 tbsps of low fat sour cream and mix together.

Place the seasoned chicken in the salsa and sour cream mixture and spoon the sauce over the chicken.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

After 20 minutes, distribute the shredded chicken evenly over breasts and put back in oven under the broil setting until cheese has melted.

Then enjoy !
