BBQ Beef Chuck Roast

Ingredients
2 1/2 - 3 pound boneless beef chuck roast 1 cup BBQ sauce 1/2 cup Apricot preserves 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard 1 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar 1 medium red onion thinly sliced 3/4 cup jarred mild of medium salsa
Directions
Trim excess fat from roast. Cut into large pieces and put into slow cooker.
Combine the rest of the ingredients.
Pour over beef and cook on low 9 hours or high 4-5 hours.
Pull apart with fork and serve on buns.

Unsure of the servings, as I live alone and would say I get about 10 1 cup servings, but will need to try to measure it out the next time I make it
