Scrambled Eggs with Veggies and Cheese

Ingredients
3 egg whitesquarter cup of nonfat cottage cheesequarter pack of frozen spinach 3 asparagus stalks1 broccoli spearhalf a serving of gardein olive Oil salt and pepper to taste
Directions
heat frying pan
chop veggies into small pieces
add olive oil to pan
add veggies to pan, until cooked
add egg whites
stir until semi firm
add cottage cheese and stir until melted
add salt and pepper to taste

add to plate or place on and english muffin (extra calories for that)
