Canned tunawhole wheat pasta light parmesan cheesefat free evaporated milk
In a sauce pan pour the milk and the canned tuna. Bring it to a a light broil then add the parmesan (add more to your taste). Also a bit a salt and pepper add a bit of flavor.
Cook pasta separately and then mix together.
