grounded beefWheat pasta (any kind)Onion Choppedgarlic slicedreg blend of Mrs. Dash seasoning saltpaprikafrozen peasWater
1. Brown meat until cooked(do not drain, this should be lean meat and using fat of the meat)
2. Add onions and garlic. Saute until onions are soft. Add seasons. let it stand for 5min.
3.Add water acording to pasta. Boil 5-10min.
4. Add Pasta to boiling water. Let it boil once more and add peas do not cover pot. Let it cook do not drain most of the water should evaporate durring cooking.
5. Service with salad on side...
