Southwestern Mahi Mahi

½ tsp kosher salt½ tsp cayenne powder½ tsp cumin½ tsp corianderolive oil4 good-sized mahi mahi or tilapia (4 oz.) filetslime juice
1. Preheat broiler on high.
2. Combine salt, cayenne, cumin and coriander in a small bowl.
3. Place fish on a foil-lined baking sheet and brush/rub the filets lightly with some olive oil.
4. Sprinkle your spice mixture on both sides of the fillets
5. Then broil for 5 min first side, and about 2 more on the second side. Just until fish flakes with a fork.
6. Squeeze lime juice over fish just before serving.
