Ingredients
2 medium Apples2 stalks celery1 2inch piece ginger root1/2 cucumber, unpeeled1 lemon, whole 2-3 kale leaves1-11oz. container of coconut water (optional)
Directions
Gather ingredients, cut to fit and run through juicer. Add 1 container coconut water (optional). approx. 22oz with coconut water. Feel great.
