Ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower6 tbsp fat free half & half1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp white pepper
Directions
Cut cauliflower into chunks, approx 2 in. Steam till soft, 10-15 minutes. Place in food processor or blender, add ff half & half, salt and pepper. Blend till smooth. Makes 6 1/2 -cup servings.

    I steam garlic with the cauliflower & also add 1 tbsp of margarine. Very tasty alternative to mashed potatos. - 9/29/11
