Rosa Sauce for Pasta, Chicken or Fish

Ingredients
2 cloves garlic1 Scallions1 Roma tomatoes sliced1/4 cup Parmesan cheese1 tsp Extra virgin Olive oil1 cup Sour cream1 cup Heavy whipping cream2 oz tomato pastePasta, Halibut, or ChickenDry Spices1 tbs. Italian seasoningDill if used to top fishPaprika if used for chicken.5 tbs. Ground dried Chili’s1 tsp. salt
Directions
Mix Garlic, scallions, and oil, sauté until Garlic is tender Add seasonings and bring to a simmer, add sliced tomatoes heat on medium heat for 2 min. than add sour cream and heavy whipping cream and Parmesan and simmer for 10 min., stir frequently add tomato paste to color and flavor -if to sweet add salt. Cook pasta add sauce and serve.

Serve sauce over chicken, fish and/or cooked pasta
