Thai Kitchen Stir Fry with egg and peanuts

Ingredients
Boil 2 cups of water and then put noodles from package into the boiling water. Remove from heat and let sit 8-10 minutes, stirring to keep noodles separated. In a skillet add 1 Tbs Olive oil and scramble egg. When noodles are finished, drain and rinse with cold water. Mix into scrambled egg with 1/4 cup chopped peanuts.
