SWAMP CABBAGE

Ingredients
3 cups, chopped Cabbage 2 teaspoons curry powder 1 cups pieces Mushrooms 2 cups, chopped broccoli florets 2 cups, chopped cauliflower florets2 cups, chopped Carrots, raw 1 tablespon olive oil 1 teaspoon garlic minced 1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
Directions
1 chop veggies, add oil, broth, and spices to large pot. bring to boil, add cabbage, cover and steam for 2-3 minutes, add fresh mushroom, broccoli and carrots, steam for another 2-3 minutes, add remaining ingredients and steam for another 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
