* Rice Noodles, .25 cup * Cauliflower, raw, .25 cup * *Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, .25 cup * Shiitake Mushrooms, .25 cup pieces * Carrots, raw, .25 cup, grated * *Hoisin Sauce, 1 tbsp * Teriyaki Sauce (1 tbsp), * Ginger Root, 1 tsp * Garlic, 1 clove * Tofu, firm, .25 cup
Heat oil - add cabbage, garlic and mushrooms, cook till al dente, add remaining vegetables, teriyaki, hoisin & spices. add noodles cook till desired doneness.
