Chicken Noodle Soup with pork neckbones

Ingredients
Pork neckbones on lb.Egg noodles 3 cupsChicken Broth 4 cupsBaby carrots 5 ea.Yellow onion 1 dicedGarlic 3 clovesGoya sopa seasoning sprinkleRed potato diced 5 ea.Unsalted butter 1 tbspTap water 4 cups
Directions
Take soup pot and put heat on medium with butter.
Dice garlic and onions and carmelize.
Add neckbones, carrots, and potatoes and saute.
Add chicken broth, pour water in chicken soup container and pour in pot.
Simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
Add noodles, and serve when noodles are al dente!
